Job Responsibilities:

① Design shoe lasts, molds, and shoe appearance;

② Carry out computer-aided design and pattern making;

③ Conduct market research, collect and organize popular elements, and grasp popular trends;

④ Develop new products, trial-produce new materials and processes, and introduce new technologies;

⑤ Formulate processing technology for footwear products and manage footwear product processes;

⑥ Participate in or undertake the formulation, inspection, and acceptance of raw and auxiliary materials.
